Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Please read carefully the nature of the returns:

BEFITZ will pay the return shipping costs in the following situations:

• If the product arrived broken or damaged.
• If you received the incorrect item.

*In all other instances, the we will send you the return label; however the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund issued to you

Please notify us immediately upon receipt if there is an issue with the product so we can process an exchange or refund if necessary. 

To begin an return:

1. Have your order number ready. It begins with the prefix "BF"
    
2. Enter the email address you used to place your order with
    
3. Follow the prompts on the screen to return your items including the reason for the return and the method requested for refund
   
   
4. Please write down your Return Request Number
   
5. Once your return is submitted you'll receive an email confirmation that you request has been received. 
   
   
6. Once approved, you'll receive an email to download the return label. Please follow the instructions in the email. 
    

You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product.
